The Reef in the park!

Come on down to Granview Park on the Drive this Saturday and enjoy East Side Pride celebrations and the Reef is setting up a Roti hut!

We will be in the park selling Reef Roti's and Pattys and water to help ya cool down from the hot sun and fun!

Car Free Day 2009 a huge hit!

As you can see by the smile on our GM Claudine Santo's Smith's face, Car Free day was a huge success! We enjoyed extending our patio onto the street for our guests this year, And Owner Simon Cotton met some new friends selling out of all our patties/mini rotis, and jerk wings fired out of our kitchen all day by Chef Kelo Smith and his crew!

We can't wait for next year, bring it on!

Car Free Days again! Sunday June 14th.

This Sunday is Car-Free day! Here is a pic from our first Car-Free day last year on Commercial Drive. Reef Owner Simon Cotton set up a quick patty stand and sold Ting, patties and Roti to all the folk strolling by! This year we are ready for more! Come by for some cold drinks and say hello to our Patty Man selling his charm and Reef goods!

the Reef on Main turns 10!!!

What better way to while away a Sunday than to help The Reef Restaurant on Main celebrate 10 years of serving the Jerk in Vancouver. Come by 4172 Main for the best mojitos and capirinahs in town and 1999 draft prices. Jerk wings are also on special, and djs will be spinning from 10 a.m. on Sunday May 17 at this Main Street anchor. Ten dinners for two will be given away, along with an array of door prizes. Since opening the The Reef on Main in 1999, The Reef has grown to include restaurants in Victoria and on Commercial Drive, as well as a thriving catering business.
The Reef is known for outstanding customer service and excellent Caribbean cuisine in a casual atmosphere; all dishes are prepared to order using only the finest and freshest ingredients available.
